I would bake my hair for longer periods of time to get it dry. Now? Because my hair will always look and feel healthy, I enjoy blow drying it.

When I say fast, that is exactly what I mean. I have 28-inch long, thick, curly hair. That's a lot. Diffusing my hair took me five minutes. This is an amazing tool when it is colder and I don’t want my hair to air dry for half the days. A blowout took me just 20 minutes. Although $400 seems like a large price tag for a hair dryer I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Dyson could diffuse my curly 28-inch hair in five minutes and caused less damage than traditional hair dryers.
About 1.2 pounds. Although there are many hair dryers that weigh less than this one, Dyson claims that this hair dryer was "engineered to balance". I can feel it. The weight of the hair dryer is on top, so it doesn't weigh down my wrist and puts pressure on my wrist. It's also not heavy at the front.

My only regret with the Dyson is not having bought it sooner. It's an investment but it has made my hair so much easier. The Dyson cuts down on drying time by 30 minutes. It is so time-savings that it is worth the investment. My journey to healthy hair began with avoiding heat damage. The Dyson ensures that my hair is protected from heat damage and dried quickly. It's no longer necessary to compromise my hair's health in order to not have wet hair all day. I love that.
