Extreme Malnutrition and Mass Deaths Reported at Boniato Prison

A report from the Council of Human Rights Rapporteurs warns that 90% of inmates at Boniato Prison are malnourished and that at least 150 have died between 2024 and 2025 due to starvation, unsanitary conditions, and lack of medical care.
