information, bank account details, property information, location tracks,
transaction information, and personal information of children aged 14 or below

personal information subject cannot be identified, and the processed
information cannot be restored. Information obtained after anonymization does

Development Kit, a collection of development tools used to create application

We collect information that you actively
provide or that is generated through your use of the Services in the following

To successfully connect devices to cloud services.
4.2 Device, Video, or Recording
Sharing Functionality

4.3 One-Touch Alert Functionality

of Information Collected: Contact phone numbers for one-touch alerts.
Purpose:
To allow users to quickly notify contacts when device alarms are triggered.
4.4 Cloud Storage Functionality

of Information Collected: Phone number, email address, device SN, order
details, cloud-stored recordings, alarm image information.
Purpose:
To confirm user purchases of cloud storage and enable the storage of specified
device recordings in the cloud.

To retrieve nearby Wi-Fi list information during device setup based on your
location. If you deny location access during device setup, you will be unable
to retrieve nearby Wi-Fi list information.
7.2 Contacts

To allow users to add contacts as friends for easier device sharing.
7.3 Microphone

Name: android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO
Purpose:
To enable two-way audio communication with devices and custom alarm sound
functionality.
7.4 Storage

Name: android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Purpose:
To save texts, images, and videos generated during use of the Services; to
store downloaded images and recordings; to access photo albums for image
selection. Denying this permission will prevent normal use of the Services.
7.5 Camera
Permission
Name: android.permission.CAMERA
Purpose:
To enable QR code scanning for device addition, profile picture uploads, device
cover image uploads, and facial recognition setup after camera permission is
granted.
7.6 Phone
Permission
Name: android.permission.CALL_PHONE
Purpose:
To make phone calls to others using the one-touch call feature.
The above services may require you to
grant us access to your location, camera, photo album, geographical location
(positioning information), phone contacts, and microphone on your mobile device
to collect and use the information necessary for these services. You can review
the status of these permissions in your mobile device settings and enable or
disable them at any time. Please note that none of these permissions are
enabled by default. They are only used for specific features or services with
your explicit authorization, which you may revoke at any time. Importantly,
even with your authorization, we will not collect your information when the
relevant features or services are not in use.By
enabling these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use the information
to provide the above services. If you revoke these authorizations, we will
cease collecting and using the corresponding information and will no longer be
able to provide the related functionalities. However, your decision to disable
permissions will not affect the processing of personal information previously
conducted based on your authorization.
Additionally, in accordance with
relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your
personal information without seeking your prior authorization in the following
circumstances:
1)When it is directly related to national security,
defense security, or other national interests; or directly related to public
security, public health, or significant public interests such as public

2)When it is directly related to criminal investigation,

addressing product or service failures;

Third-party services within our Services
are provided by external third parties, and we cannot access the information
generated when you use such third-party services. Please note that we currently
do not proactively obtain your personal information from third parties. If, in
the future, we need to indirectly obtain your personal information from third

2) Transfer
We do not transfer your personal

especially if your account and password have been leaked, please contact our
customer service immediately so that we can assist you in taking appropriate

1.3 In the event of a security incident such as a personal
information breach, we will, in accordance with legal requirements, promptly
inform you of: the basic details of the security incident and its potential
impact, the measures we have taken or will take to address it, recommendations
for you to prevent and mitigate risks, and remedial measures for you. We will
notify you of the incident via email, letter, phone, push notification, or
other means. If it is difficult to inform each individual personally, we will
issue a public notice in a reasonable and effective manner. Additionally, we
will proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents

2) Storage of Personal Information
2.1 Location of Information Storage
In accordance with laws and regulations,
the personal information collected and generated during our operations within
the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the
territory of the People's Republic of China.

Generally, we will retain your personal

that product and service information and transaction records be retained for no

After the retention period expires, we
will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with

Please note that after you successfully
apply to deactivate your membership account, we will complete the review of
your account deactivation within 72 hours of your application. Once approved,
we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

regulations, and standards, during your use of our products and/or services,
you have the right to access, correct, delete your personal information,
withdraw your consent to the use of personal information, and deactivate your
account. You may refer to the instructions below to exercise these rights.
1) Accessing and Correcting Your
Personal Information
To access or modify the following
information, you can click the relevant function buttons after entering the Winvision application:
1.1 To access or modify basic information
such as your profile picture, username, or phone number:
Click "Me" → tap the profile
section at the top of the page → view, modify, or update your data.
1.2 To access your video or image service
information:
Click the "Messages" button in
the navigation bar → enter the messages module to access relevant information.
1.3 To access your device information:
Click the "Devices" button in
the navigation bar → tap the "Settings" button to view device data.
1.4 To access your order information:
Click "Me" → "Orders"
on the value-added services page to view order data.
1.5 To access terminal management
information:
Click "Me" → "Personal
Information" → "Terminal Management" to view terminal management
details.
1.6 To correct or supplement other
information:
If you find that other information you
submitted is inaccurate or incomplete, you may contact us using the methods
provided in this Policy to request corrections or additions.
(2) Deleting Your Personal Information
You may request the deletion of your
personal information in the following circumstances:
2.1 If our processing of personal
information violates laws or regulations;
2.2 If we collected or used your personal
information without obtaining your consent;
2.3 If our processing of personal
information violates our agreement with you;
2.4 If you no longer use our products or
services, or if you deactivate your account;
2.5 If we cease providing products or
services to you.
You may submit a deletion request by
email. If we decide to comply with your deletion request, we will also notify
entities that obtained your personal information from us and require them to
delete it promptly, unless otherwise stipulated by laws or regulations, or
unless these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
To delete basic information such as your
phone number, password, or email address, as well as service information such
as videos, images, device cloud recordings, or alarm messages, you can do so
within the Winvision application:
Click "Me" → "Personal
Information" → "Deactivate Account." We will delete or anonymize
your personal information within three days after you submit the account
deactivation request.
To delete terminal management information,
click "Me" → "Personal Information" → "Terminal
Management" to remove it.
Please note that after your personal
information is deleted or anonymized from our service system, it may not be
immediately removed or anonymized in backup systems but will be handled during
the next backup update.
3) Withdrawing Consent
Each business function requires some basic
personal information to operate. For additional collection and use of personal
information, you may grant or withdraw your consent at any time.
Once you withdraw your consent, we will
cease processing the corresponding personal information. However, your decision
to withdraw consent will not affect the processing of personal information
previously conducted based on your authorization.
4) Deactivating Your Account
You may deactivate your registered account
at any time. After deactivation, we will cease providing products or services
to you. To deactivate your account:
Click "Me" → "Personal
Information" → "Deactivate Account" to initiate the process.
After deactivation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information
within three days.
5) Transferring Personal Information
If you need to transfer the information we
have collected to a third party, you may contact us using the methods provided
in this Policy. After verification and upon meeting conditions stipulated by
national regulations, we will process your request.
Please note that once your information is
transferred to a third party, it will be deleted or anonymized from our service
system.
6) Responding to Your Requests
To provide suggestions or feedback, you
can do so within the Winvision application:

"Help & Feedback" button to submit feedback about our services.
For security purposes, you may need to
provide a written request or otherwise verify your identity. We may require
identity verification before processing your request. We will respond within
fifteen days.
In the unfortunate event of a user’s
death, their next of kin may contact us to exercise the aforementioned rights
over personal information as permitted by law for their legitimate and
justified interests.

We Handle the Personal Information of Minors
We highly value the protection of minors’
personal information. While our products and/or services do not require age
identification for users, the nature of our offerings presupposes that users
are adults with full civil capacity. If you are a minor under the age of 18,
please be sure to read this Privacy Policy carefully under the guidance and
supervision of a parent or guardian before using our services, and only use the
services or provide personal information with the guardian’s consent. If you
collect or submit minors’ personal information through our products and/or
services for purposes such as interacting with children, please ensure you have
obtained prior authorized consent from their legal guardians.
If a parent or guardian has reason to
believe that a minor has submitted personal information to us without prior

Policy include but are not limited to:
1) Major changes in our service model,
such as the purpose of processing personal information, the types of personal
information processed, or the methods of processing personal information.
2) Major changes in our ownership
structure or organizational framework, such as changes in ownership due to
business adjustments, bankruptcy, mergers, etc., where the new owner alters the
purpose, methods, or types of personal information processed.
3) Changes in the primary recipients of
personal information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure, such as changes
in the recipient’s processing purpose or methods.
4) Changes to your rights regarding
