All parts in this store are new. They have never been used to build and come straight from new LEGO® sets or new bulk. Please keep in mind we do need to sort the items, which could cause some minimal scratches. So the condition is new, not mint. We work as careful as possible.

Sometimes parts play Seek & Hide with us. Maybe we miscounted earlier, or a LEGO® box didn't contain all the items it was supposed to contain. When this happens we'll contact you and work out a solution.

After your order we'll send you an invoice through BrickLink. This happens mostly automatic these days, if not we'll make sure to send it within 24 hours.

We generally ship within 24 hours after payment is received, most of the time this is on the same day. On days we get a lot of orders, or when you place an order with many lots, this may not be realistic. We work as fast as possible, but can't do magic.

The total amount of your order will be calculated by:

• Your selected LEGO® items
• Handling fee
• Shipping (automatically calculated)

The handling fee covers the processing, packaging and the VAT we have to pay for shipping costs. It is €1 except for small orders. These are usually more work in relation to the order value, which is why we work with € 2 handling fee for orders smaller than € 10.

Why? We love bricks too. To make sure they arrive in good condition, they need to be properly packaged. This brings in costs obviously which is why we charge the fee.

You'll get friendly service, good packaging and fast handling in return :).

We'll pack your parts in easy-open plastic bags inside a bubblewrap envelope or a carton box. The pieces will be grouped logically, and we'll try to separate small parts from large parts. Or parts that look a lot like each other. We do this, so we can use fewer bags. We will make sure sorting out the lots is quick and easy. We will never sort on color.

• You can see the weight of a part and the total in the shopping cart. If not visible, enable it under the "Item Display Settings" on the bottom of the product page.
• The weight shown is an approximate, it's not always accurate. We use an accurate scale that can weight one hundredth gram. We'll determine the exact weight when your order is collected. We use this to invoice the correct shipping costs.
• Please keep in mind that packaging also has a weight and that has to be added to get the total. See about "Packaging Weight".

When we started, mini figures were stored assembled. These days, any new mini figures are stored unassembled. When it is important to you whether or not a mini figure is assembled, please ask and we'll let you know upfront.

All orders are welcome, large and small. We do work with a € 1 average lot value (this is including VAT).

This is automatically calculated by the BrickLink order system:

Order value divided by number of lots (different items).

We do this because orders with an average lot value below € 1 (especially when order contains many lots) are a lot of work compared to the order total. If you run into issues here feel free to contact us to discuss options.

We use the VAT feature of BrickLink, so for European orders, invoices state the VAT of the country of the buyer.

When you buy from outside the European Union, you will not pay VAT.

When you buy from within the European Union as a registered company, and you have a valid VAT number then we can provide you with a 0% VAT invoice. Please send us your VAT number and we'll update the invoice. Most of the time shipping charges are exempt from VAT already resulting in the same price on a 0% VAT invoice.

All shipments to countries outside of the EU, will get a CN-22 or CN-23 customs form attached that we fill in with the real value of your LEGO® items (so without shipping). We are not willing to write down a lower value.

Please check the rules in your country. You may need to pay import duties / tax when receiving your shipment. These are to be paid by the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for them.

We do not charge fees for the use of PayPal. Orders over 40 euro will be shipped with Track & Trace and insurance. We can only ship to the address listed in Paypal, so when that doesn't match your Bricklink address please align that first.

It is also possible to pick up your order in The Hague. We're located in "Leidschenveen" close to the highway A4 and A12. When you want to pick up your order, please keep in mind:

• We need to make an appointment, so we can make sure your order is ready
• Payment via IBAN, EPS, GiroPay or iDeal only (No cash, No PayPal)
• We request a signature on the printed order form for our administration

• When you place an order, BrickLink shares your personal information with us, such as your name, address, e-mail address and sometimes telephone number.
• When you use PayPal to pay, we also receive this information via PayPal.
• Your personal data is only used to be able to deliver your order.
• The information is stored in e-mail messages (Google G Suite Business) and in our book keeping (MoneyBird)
• Your personal information is only shared with the postal company that delivers your parcel (DPD or PostNL) and their intermediairs (SendCloud or MyParcel). More information in the diagram on the top of this page.
• Data Processing Agreements have been setup with the parties that process or store personal data on behalf of us (MoneyBird, Google, SendCloud, MyParcel).
• For tax reasons, we need to keep the book keeping data for 7 years.
