AI Sprint Summarizer – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 2025-03-18

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Reactive Software (“Company”) governing your use of the AI Sprint Summarizer (“Application”). By installing or using the Application, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. License Grant
Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application within your organization for its intended purpose.

3. Restrictions
You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Application.
• Use the Application in violation of any laws or regulations.
• Share access or resell the Application to third parties.

4. Data & Privacy
The Application may process JIRA data to generate sprint summaries but does not store or share your data externally. Use is subject to the Privacy Policy (as stated here: https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/reactivesoftware.pl/SprintSummarizerPrivacyPolicy.html).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability
Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business disruptions.

7. Termination
Company may terminate this license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
