This personal data protection notification refers to the application “NAKA – Accept Crypto Payment”, which is developed by Eligma, AI technologies development, Ltd., company registration number 8106452000, with a business address Letališka cesta 33F, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“Eligma” or “We”).
NAKA – Accept Crypto Payment is an application that supports crypto assets, cards, and digital payments on point-of-sale (“POS”) devices. It also enables monitoring sales, payments, and earnings in real-time to the business managers. NAKA – Accept Crypto Payment is available globally and distributed by Eligma.
By using NAKA – Accept Crypto Payment you agree to the terms described in this personal data protection notification.
To ensure the compliance of this personal data protection notification with the regulations governing personal data protection, Eligma reserves the right to modify or amend them accordingly.
